As he said earlier, he believes in the mutual benefits between regional tourism and the future outlet customers. The outlet will be built in the “village style” inspired by the local architecture of the nearby towns and villages.

Parndorf experiences will help the first Slovak D1 Outlet

IPEC Group, which will open the first Slovak Outlet Center – D1 Outlet Bratislava - in 2013, has decided to create its own management company – D1 Outlet Operator - which will manage the Center. The Director for Business Development position will be held by Susanne Solterer, who has experience in the starting of five outlet centers, including the most familiar to Slovaks – The Designer Outlet in Parndorf – where she worked for many years as the General Manager for Mc Arthur Glen, (the leading Outlet operator in Europe). Mrs. Solterer also has a long-term experience from working for IKEA in Austria, Sweden and Slovakia.

The decision to create its own management company arose from the effort of the IPEC Group to maintain the highest flexibility in the relationship with its tenants, and to achieve the maximum gain from knowledge of the home environment. "The busy location and a reasonable distance from other shopping centers make this project a superior investment" said Mrs. Solterer about the D1 Outlet and added: "Compared to Austria, the Sunday selling option is a considerable advantage too".

The D1 Outlet tenants, will profit from the vicinity of the D1 Highway exit and the busy Pezinok – Senec road.
