Project

• D1 Outlet Bratislava is projected as a Factory Outlet Centre 20 km east of the Slovak capital. It is visibly located at the junction of the main D1 Highway exit and the busy Road No. 503 connecting Pezinok and Senec. 90.000 cars are passing the site every day.
• D1 Outlet Bratislava shops will cover 25.000 sqm GLA comprising about 150 units. Its construction is scheduled in three individual phases. The construction of the first phase started in November 2010. The D1 Outlet first visitors will be welcomed in March 2013.
• The Investor, the IPEC Group, will invest EUR 35 mil. into the project. The IPEC Group is the owner of the whole plot (15 ha) on which the D1 Outlet will stand, as well as it owns all surrounding properties (25 ha). Complete infrastructure is already developed in the area.
• The centre will be open seven days a week, twelve hours a day. Sunday shopping will attract Austrian visitors to the centre.
